The Lackawanna Recovery Coalition’s Three-Year Strategic Plan was developed through the integration of the coalition’s “key initiatives” and ideas/suggestions generated during the group’s strategic planning workshop.
The priorities, strategies, and objectives included in this plan aim to provide an overview of the overarching goal, the strategy for achieving that goal, and the identified objectives. Goals and strategies should not change based on political climate or other outside factors, but the objectives are more adaptable.
